Our True Community perk gives employees the option to select from hundreds of charitable organizations on their birthday and decide where the company donates on a quarterly basis in the amount of $150”. the program has changed to where EverTrue donates $500 to an organization twice a year through a Giving Circle exercise in partnership with Grapevine.
